Thank you for sharing this insight. Like you, I am an active lifelong learner, and I keep a vast resource of notes—including one set of notes on, you guessed it, learning! Here’s one tip I recorded from your post: “Coaching or facilitation: Ask participants for one thing that helped, and one thing they’d cut.
